The shift you signed up for was rejected because you have not submitted a valid work permit.
Here’s how to upload your work permit:
- Click on the profile icon in the top left to access your ‘Account & Settings’
- Select ‘Account Information’ and then ‘Work Permit’
- You will be able to add your work permit by clicking on ‘Upload New Work Permit’
Your document will be reviewed and verified by one of our customer success managers as quickly as possible.
