What vacation entitlement do I have?

For each full month, your vacation entitlement is equivalent to 1.67 days in a continuous employment contract. As soon as you have been working continuously for 6 months, the entitlement increases retroactively to 2.08 days per month.

How is the calculation made?

This is based on your last three or two months of payroll or your last month of payroll.

At the end, your gross income is divided by the average number of working days per year for the last three or two months or the last month.

The payment of your holiday entitlement will be automatically transferred with your salary as usual on the 15th of the following month, provided that your contract has ended or you have had a break of at least four weeks.

How do I submit my vacation request?

Since you receive weekly contracts, you do not have to submit a vacation request.

You simply discuss with your contact person that you do not want any work contracts to be issued for the period of your vacation.
