How do I upload my documents?

We use your account information to pay you on time. For this purpose, we require: your student status certificate, work permit, bank details, proof of statutory health insurance, social security information and tax details. Uploading this information couldn’t be easier!

Open the jobvalley app

 

→Click the profile icon in the top left to access your ‘Account & Settings’

→ Select ‘Account Information’ and then the document you want to upload.

If you haven’t uploaded all documents required by the first working day of the following month, we cannot guarantee that you’ll be paid in time due to a lack of information to base our calculations on.



Important: Never upload personal ID, as this does not serve as verification for your work permit. A student ID is also not accepted as proof of your student status.

Upload your student status certificate for the current semester. In order to work for jobvalley, you need to be registered as a student.

Please upload your work permit if you require one to work.

First enter the date until its valid.

 

You’ll also need to provide some information on the semester you're currently in for your student status certificate.

Make sure all documents are legible when photographed and that all pages are uploaded.
