Why are no working hours displayed despite the fact that I submitted a doctor's note (sick notice)?

Days off sick are not displayed in the app and are paid separately. The fact that you can’t see them does not influence the pay you’ll receive.

Please click on the ‘Not Worked’ button so your shift will no longer appear under ‘Unconfirmed Shifts’.
