What is a Strike?

The strike system is directly based on our "Golden Rules of Collaboration." It is designed to identify inappropriate behavior early and respond accordingly, ensuring that fair and respectful cooperation is maintained.
If misconduct is identified, we issue between 1 and 3 strikes, depending on the severity of the incident. In the case of repeated or serious violations that result in a total of three or more strikes, the immediate exclusion from our platform will occur, and further collaboration with Jobvalley will no longer be possible.

We place great importance on a fair and transparent handling of strikes.
