The shift booking is binding!
Should it become necessary to cancel your shift due to important and unforeseen reasons, you can initiate this directly via the jobvalley app in the shift view using the "Request shift cancellation" function. Your contact person will carefully review your request.
Please note that the request must be submitted immediately, but no later than 72 hours before your shift is due to start. Providing a reason for cancellation is mandatory, and proof may be required. A cancellation will only be valid once it has been confirmed by your jobvalley contact person.
Important: A non-compliant cancellation may lead to the termination of the collaboration. Therefore, please ensure that you reliably book your shifts and carefully review your assignments before confirming them.
