First please make sure that your email address in the jobvalley App is up to date.
If you haven’t configured your spam folder beforehand and are unable to find assignment notifications or employment contracts that have already been sent, you can also look for them in your inbox. Enter the term ‘Your Shifts’ or ’Your Work Contract’ into the search bar.
If one of the emails is in your spam folder, you can move it to your inbox. In order to do so, right-click on the email to open a menu which allows you to select ‘move to’ and choose the desired folder.
Log in using your email address, click on the cog icon in the top right and then on ‘Settings’.
Click on the ‘Filter’ tab, and then on ‘Blocked Addresses’:
Create a new filter by clicking on ‘New Filter’.
Add ‘@jobvalley.com’. Now, all emails you receive from a Jobvalley employee automatically won’t end up your spam folder.
Important! Don’t just enter the email address of your current recruitment partner at Jobvalley, otherwise automated emails such as assignment notifications may end up in your spam folder. You may also miss important information sent in your recruitment partner's absence due to sickness or vacation.
Once you've clicked on ‘Create Filter’ a new window will open.
In order to make sure you stay up to date on last minute changes or additions to your assignment, tick the boxes ‘Never Mark as Spam’ and ‘Always Mark as Important’.
Once you click on ‘Create Filter’, the filter will be saved for the future.
Use your email address to log in. Now click on
‘Settings’ in the bottom left next to the spanner.
A new tab will appear. Go to
‘Approved List’. Enter ‘jobvalley.com’ in the list and save the process.
Now, all emails will automatically be sorted in your inbox.
Use your email address to log in and click on ‘Settings’ in the top right next to the cog. A tab will appear. Scroll down to ‘Advanced Settings’ at the very bottom.
Click on the ‘Filter’ tab to the left and then on ‘Add New Filter’.
In order to separate your current filters from your new filters, enter ‘jobvalley’ as the filter name. Then you can set the rules for your new filter. Enter ‘contains’ and ‘@jobvalley.com’. Select your inbox as ‘Folder to Move to’. Save this process. Your filter will now appear under ‘Personalised Filters’.
Now you can create a personalised folder.
Log in using your email address, click on the ‘More’ tile and then on ‘Settings’. A tab will appear on the left. Click on the ‘Whitelist’ field in the tab. When you enter ‘jobvalley.com’ into this list, every email you receive from a jobvalley employee will be marked as ‘approved’ and automatically sorted into your inbox.
Important! Don’t just enter the email address of your current contact at jobvalley, otherwise automated emails such as shift notifications may land in your spam folder. You may also miss important information sent in your contact's absence due to sickness or vacation.
Use your Hotmail or Outlook email address to log in. Go to the cog in the top right and click on ‘View All Outlook Settings’.
Enter ‘jobvalley.com’ as an approved sender under junk mail. As a result, no emails sent in the future by our employees will end up in your spam folder.
