The hours recorded for a shift were rejected

If your working time has been rejected, there may be various reasons for this. Please contact our time recording department directly at helpme@jobvalley.com or explain your request directly in the chat. To do this, select the category “Profile” → “Other”→ “FAQ & Support”→ “Open Help Center” tab in your app.
