To maintain fairness and increase satisfaction, 1st and 2nd strikes can expire once you have successfully completed a certain number of shifts without violating the rules again. This promotes a fair process and gives you the opportunity to learn from mistakes and rebuild trust.
- 1 strike = after 20 shifts without further incidents
- 2 strikes = after 40 shifts without further incidents
Attention: If any further misconduct occurs during the expiration period, the required number of shifts for the strike to expire will be extended accordingly. In serious cases, this may even result in an immediate exclusion from our platform, meaning you will no longer be able to book additional jobs.
