You can enter your own working hours in the jobvalley app. This means you are responsible for creating your own shifts. Once submitted, your shift entries are considered binding.
Shifts that do not violate our internal regulations or labor protection laws will appear in My Assignments under Confirmed. If your shift entry is rejected for any reason, it will appear under Rejected in My Assignments.
Please make sure to check after each shift entry whether your shift appears as Confirmed.
If a shift has been rejected, please contact your designated jobvalley contact person.
How can I cancel a shift? You cannot cancel shifts directly in the app.
Cancellations are only possible in emergency situations. In such cases, please contact your jobvalley contact person and provide a reason for the cancellation.
