Additionally, it is possible that the applicant pool for certain areas is currently full, meaning no further shifts will be displayed.
These factors play a role in shift allocation (examples):
Availability and reliability: How often you keep your commitments and appear on time for shifts.
Experience and qualifications: Whether your skills and experience are a good fit for the requirements of the shift.
Feedback: Positive feedback from customers during previous assignments.
Customer requests: When customers specifically ask for you and want to deploy you.
Absences and short-term cancellations: The frequency of cancellations, especially short-term ones.
