How to Report Sick via the Jobvalley App:
Open the “Work” tab in the app.
Under “My Absences”, you can add a sick note.
Tap “Add Sick Note” and select the relevant date.
You will then have three options:
Sick Note without Certificate
Choose this option if you haven’t been to the doctor yet and don’t have a medical certificate. You must submit it in the app within 5 days.
Upload Medical Certificate (AUB)
Choose this option if you have already visited the doctor and received a paper certificate.
Electronic Sick Note
If your sick note has already been sent electronically to your health insurance, select this option. You don’t need to upload anything – we will retrieve the sick note automatically from your health insurance.
💡 Tip: You can edit your sick note later as long as it hasn’t been confirmed by us. You can then add the medical certificate, provide info about electronic submission, and adjust the period of illness.
