Where can I upload my work permit?

This is how you can upload a new work permit:

• How to upload a new work permit: Go to the 'Account & Settings' section via the profile icon in the bottom right corner. Select 'Document Upload', then tap on 'Work Permit' and have your documents ready.

• Important: Please make sure to upload all pages of the document together in one single file

Please note the following points, which will help us check your work permit:

• Upload all required documents with all pages (e.g. residence permit, temporary residence permit, visa).
• If a document refers to another document, upload this document as well.
• The validity dates you enter in the app must match the dates on your documents.
• Make sure that the uploaded documents are legible.
• If your work permit is dependent on studies, please also upload a study certificate in the study certificate section.

The following documents may be needed to verify your work permit:

Residence permit (Aufenthaltstitel)

• Residence permit (Aufenthaltstitel) (front and back)
• Possibly an additional sheet to the residence permit (if mentioned)

Temporary residence permit (Fiktionsbescheinigung)
