• How to upload a new work permit: Go to the 'Account & Settings' section via the profile icon in the bottom right corner. Select 'Document Upload', then tap on 'Work Permit' and have your documents ready.

• Important: Please make sure to upload all pages of the document together in one single file

We recommend AI-guided uploading.

AI support increases the likelihood that our team will be able to verify your documents successfully on the first attempt.

• Select a file on your smartphone or take a photo of your work permit.
• Wait until the AI has evaluated the document.
• Pay attention to feedback: is there perhaps an additional sheet, an ID document or a reverse side missing?
• When the ‘Upload documents’ button becomes active, you can submit your work permit.

Please note: The actual verification by our staff will follow, usually within 2 working days.

If you decide to upload without AI support, please note the following points, which will help us verify your work permit:

• Upload all required documents with all pages (e.g. residence permit, temporary residence permit, visa).
• If a document refers to another document, upload this document as well.
• The validity dates you enter in the app must match the dates on your documents.
• Make sure that the uploaded documents are legible.
• If your work permit is dependent on studies, please also upload a study certificate in the study certificate section.
