How do I upload my documents?

We use your payroll data to pay you your salary on time. For this we need, among other things: Proof of enrolment, work permit, bank details, statutory health insurance, social security and tax data. You can simply upload these documents:


→ Open the jobvalley app

→ Click on the profile icon at the bottom right to go to the Account & Settings section

→ Under Payroll data, you can fill in your payroll-relevant data and keep it up to date.

→ Under Document upload, select the document you want to upload.

 

If all the required data and documents have not been uploaded in full by the first working day of the following month, we cannot guarantee that your salary will be paid on time as we do not have the relevant calculation bases.

 

Important

  • To work at jobvalley, you must be a registered student.
  • If you need to prove that you have a work permit, upload it. A work permit is NOT the same as a work permit. Please make sure you upload the correct document.
  • Make sure to photograph the documents legibly and upload all pages.
