You can check and download your payroll documents like your payslips, social security notifications and wage tax statements in the jobvalley app.
- Open the jobvalley app and tap on Profile in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
- This will take you to the Account & Settings section.
- Select Payroll documents from the menu.
- You will find all relevant documents under Payslips. Tap on the document you need to view or download it.
You may first need to enable access to your device's memory for the app so that you can download the documents. If the documents are not displayed or the download does not work, please check the app's permissions:
- Open the settings of your smartphone.
- Navigate to Permission management or App permissions.
- Search for the jobvalley app in the list of installed applications.
- Allow the app to access your device's memory.
Once you have activated memory access, you should be able to download all the payroll documents you want in the app without any problems. These documents will then be available for you to both view and download, so you can save them locally on your device or forward them at any time.
