In your email, you should clearly and precisely describe your specific request or the exact error you found on your payslip. The more detailed your description, the faster we can process and, if necessary, correct it. For example, please provide exact details regarding the affected working hours, deductions, or the specific wage components you believe are incorrect.

Please understand that we cannot initiate a review based on blanket or general inquiries such as "My payslip is wrong" or "I think there is a mistake."
